La Cava
Located in Plaza de Vara del Rey in Ibiza town, La Cava is the perfect spot to enjoy tapas for dinner or lunch. The menu is inspired by traditional tapas from the Mediterranean and northern Spain.
Can Salinas
On the road to Ses Salines and Es Cavallet, Can Salinas is the perfect spot to enjoy fideuá (short pasta paella) and a cup of coffee while overlooking the salt flats. They’re open every day except Wednesdays.
The Boat House
Situated on Cala Sant Vicent, The Boat House is a friendly sea-themed restaurant that serves food with a touch of the exotic. It’s the perfect spot to spend the afternoon exploring the most northern part of Ibiza.
Cala Gracioneta
Located in San Antonio, Cala Gracioneta is the perfect spot to enjoy mouth-watering Mediterranean and local cuisine, including fish, meat and vegetarian options. They’re open from 1st April.
Can Pau
If you’re looking for traditional Catalan cuisine, head to Can Pau on the road from Ibiza to Sant Miquel. Their croquettes and cannelloni are not to be missed.
Petit Vermut
The first vermouth bar in Ibiza, Petit Vermut is already open and is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of vermouth and some canned specialities, sandwiches, and Spanish omelette.
La Paloma Ibiza
This charming countryside restaurant serves western and eastern Mediterranean food and boasts one of the most beautiful gardens on the island. It’s located in Sant Llorenç de Balàfia.
Palapa
Situated on the San Antonio promenade, Palapa is the perfect spot to enjoy delicious Mexican food and a relaxed atmosphere on the terrace. They also offer live music and pintxos on Thursdays until 14th April.
